NOTE: The report comment abuse button is an image of a red speech bubble.
Individual comments on reviews can be reported by clicking on the "report comment abuse" button next to the offending comment.
Once a comment is reported, the report comment abuse button is disabled (displays a grayed out "busy" speech bubble) and the cannot be reported again until the previous report is resolved.
Invalidly reporting a comment can result in disciplinary action on the reporter.
