Editing a Report

A report draft can be edited by clicking on the "edit" button next to the relevant report in the "My Reports" section of your user control panel.


When a report is being edited, it can be either saved as a "draft" or sent.

Drafts are not visible to the mods.

While drafting a report you can...

  • discard the draft by clicking the "discard" button,
  • save your progress by clicking the "save" button, or
  • preview what the report will look like by clicking the "preview" button.
The following field is common to every report type except Mod Abuse Reports:
  • "URL": Target URL; required, the URL of the item being reported.
These fields are specific to Mod Abuse Reports:
  • "Mod IDs": required; the ID of the mod(s) being reported.
  • "Report IDs": required; a comma-delimited list of report IDs relevant to this mod abuse report.
  • "Details": required; details about the alleged abuse. (mention report IDs whenever possible)
These fields are specific to Reviewer Abuse Reports:
  • "Types of Abuse": required, the kinds of abuse in the review
  • "Quote the Abuse": required, list of abusive quotes from the review
  • "Details": optional, extra details about the abuse mentioned above
These fields are specific to Comment Abuse Reports:
  • "Details": optional, extra details about the comment abuse
