Anyone who comments on a review like a guppy (ex. "OMG your reviews are awesome!") should get at least a warning.
Anyone who's looking at the comments of the review has probably already read the review, thus making guppy comments pointless. Guppies should express that kind of shallow appreciation by simply favoriting the reviewer.
Guppy comments are nullified on sight, as are replies chastising the guppy. Report guppy comments when you see them instead of replying to them.
NOTE: Constructive and/or detailed responses do not constitute being a "guppy" even if they contain an occasional "guppy-like" statement.
